Buying Online - Important Information

 

Below you'll find some quick answers to some of the questions you've probably got about buying online. If your question isn't answered below, shoot us a question.

 

Order Status definitions

 

Note: Changed as of 10/05/2010

Awaiting Payment

  • We have received your order, but still have not received your payment information
  • Note: Once you have entered in your payment details, it may take the system up to 12 hours to update the status.
  • Need to access the payment details form again, click here

Pending

  • Your order has been processed and we're just waiting on the Credit Check team to give us the final ok.

Awaiting Fulfillment

  • Your order has passed credit check and is waiting to be fulfilled.

Awaiting Shipment

  • Your order has been processed, and is waiting to be shipped
  • You will receive an email from us with your tax invoice

Partially Shipped

  • Your order is in transit. At this stage you will receive an email from us with your Australia Post tracking ID.
  • We use registered post so usually, to most metropolitan centres, you should expect your delivery within 2-3 business days.

Credit Check

In order to purchase with us you need to have the following:

  1. Credit card in your name
  2. Valid Australian Drivers ID or passport

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 

Porting

  • Porting is the process of bringing across your current mobile number. To bring it across is easy.
  • When you select a product you will see the option to bring across your existing number.
  • We look after the porting for you, we won't charge you for bring your number across however your previous mobile company may have some charges.
  • Important: To transfer (Port) a number across to us, the name you apply with, and the name on your account with your current provider must be the same.

With both our 24 month contract and SIM only products you get the convenience of not having to worry about topping up.

We automatically direct debit the monthly access fee.
