Live Connected was founded with one really clear vision.

Help you live connected with the people you care about without having to worry about your mobile bills.

To achieve this we looked for where we could take costs out of the business so that we could pass these savings onto you.

1.       Phone based customer service

Quite simply this is a technology that is past its time. We use a completely Online customer service portal. By going Online we’re able to save around $4-$5 per month, this is a saving we pass straight onto you.

2.       Sales Commissions

Traditional sales models rely on having sales reps to sell you services. The commission paid to sales channels is then built into your monthly price. We decided to flip this and rely on you to be our sales channel. 

3.       Mobile Network

We evaluated all 4 of Australia's leading mobile networks, and picked the Optus Mobile Digital Network.
