You can now set up your Live Connected mobile to work with Facebook, so you no longer need to constantly log in to Facebook to know what's happening in your network.
Its FREE to receive your Facebook SMS alerts, and yes, you can use the included value in your cap to reply to any Facebook alerts.
You can select to receive the following types of Facebook SMS alerts:

1. SMS FB to 32665 (Std SMS charge applies)
2. You will receive a reply message with a confirmation code and a link to Facebook mobile site (data charges apply to click the link)
3. Click link and login in to your Facebook account
4. Enter confirmation code and click Activate
5. You will receive confirmation text
6. You can then update the SMS alert setting to select the type of SMS alerts that are sent & set SMS limits
1. Login to Facebook on the web www.facebook.com.au and go to Account> Mobile, and click on Register for Facebook Messages.
2. SMS FB to 32665 (Std SMS charge applies)
3. You will receive a reply message with a confirmation code

To receive an SMS alert from Facebook is free. If you reply to the alerts via SMS, the standard SMS charge of your plan applies.
If you click a link in the SMS and access the Facebook mobile sites, data charges according to you plan will apply.
Our Mobile Fair Go Policy states a limit of 2000 SMS alerts per month from each of these services. Users who go over this amount will receive an SMS notifying of excessive usage. If this continues we may block the user from receive social messaging services.
Send alert to 32665 (std charges apply)
Changes your status to the message entered.
Example: Update status is at john's party
Initiates a message to that user on Facebook.
Example: message john smith what's up
Searches for a name on Facebook.
Example: search john smith
Searches for the mobile number of a friend on Facebook.
Example: mobile john smith
Posts a message to a friend's wall post.
Example: wall john smith happy birthday
