To get connected is simple:

Step 1: Order and Receive

• Within 1 business day of order confirmation you will receive your new SIM
  • We use Australia Post's Express Post service, so most places get delivery the next business day

Step 2: Activation

• There's no longer a need for you to fuss with activation. Within 24 hours of delivery we will begin automatically activating your service.

Step 3: Plug it in

• Once we've activated your SIM, you'll receive an email from us, and all you've got to do is plug in your new Live Connected SIM into your mobile.
